With the growing trend of comprehensive IT management in businesses, how to more efficiently monitor and manage devices and systems has become a key focus in the industry. In 2024, Syscom hosted the first “Generative AI Development Competition,” centered on Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps). The goal was to reduce the resource investment of IT operations personnel through AI technology while enhancing monitoring and management performance. In this competition, NETCenter stood out with its innovative technology and won first place!
In recent years, the overall demand for IT monitoring capabilities and operations personnel has surged. However, IT operations teams face challenges such as staffing shortages, recruitment difficulties, and retaining experienced employees. These issues have led to increased risks in frontline monitoring and management. In this competition, NETCenter combined NeuroChain, LLM, and NETCenter (ETL) technologies to launch AideAI (Virtual Computer Assistant). AideAI can use natural language to assign tasks, retrieve relevant data from NETCenter, and automatically generate performance reports. It also analyzes large amounts of data collected by NETCenter to predict potential risks related to abnormal events. AideAI proactively provides reminders and improvement suggestions, helping to achieve intelligent IT operations management.

To achieve this, NETCenter aims to advance intelligent IT monitoring and continues to push for the productization of AIOps-driven IT operations services. By integrating AI-driven automation features, users will be able to access real-time system status, accurate data reports, and actionable recommendations through intuitive conversational methods. This service is expected to significantly reduce the time spent on data collection and organization, speed up problem detection and resolution, and enhance operational efficiency and system stability. Ultimately, it will enable enterprises to proactively implement preventive IT management measures. Moving forward, the NETCenter team will continue to invest resources into the productization of AideAI and actively respond to market demands, providing enterprises with comprehensive smart IT monitoring solutions.
